My name is Shannon and I’m a small-town photographer with big dreams.  I’m a devoted wife & bonus Mom; my little family means the world to me.  These days I am living my happily ever after in NW Georgia and trying to fill our home with love, memories, laughter, and lots of books.  My style reflects a great passion for the outdoors, coupled with a keen eye for capturing life as it happens.  I fell in love with photography when I was a senior in high school but it wasn’t until I shot photos at a friends wedding as my gift to them, did I know I wanted to take portraits and eventually become a wedding photographer.  A goal of mine is to capture happiness and love stories with my photography.  With a love for both the countryside and city, I find that capturing photos just about anywhere is rewarding for me.  I’m a creative at heart and I’m thankful I was blessed with this amazing life.  Most days, you’ll find me in my home office editing photos surrounded by my fur-babies with a smile on my face -- or researching my next adventure while daydreaming about faraway places.   

I'm a portrait and wedding photographer that loves to capture life as it happens and I like my images to display passion.  My style of photography is timeless, people centered, and authentic.  My photographs are airy, creamy, and dreamy.  My goal is to create a photography experience and not be the average photographer that snaps photos and delivers mediocre images.  I am a lover of natural light photography and a warm breeze, these two things together can help create amazing images.  I am striving to create photography that stirs my clients emotions.  When they are in front of my camera I want them to feel comfortable and relaxed.  When I edit their images and give them their finished photographs, I want them to love the art that I have designed and created just for them.  I even want them to think in the back of their minds “Wow, I didn’t know I could look that great!” With my photography I want to capture your natural beauty and display it for everyone to be able to see just how special you are.

• My daughter is attending UGA & I am super proud of her

• I have three fur babies that bring me much happiness

• Traveling is something I treasure & enjoy

• I love to cook and try new recipes

• My vices: big books, nail polish, puppies and cruising

• Making crafty things makes my soul happy

• Learning about history keeps my mind sharp

• Two items on my bucket list are: take a hot air balloon ride and go see the Blue Lagoon in Iceland
